s: 1/2 cup coffee, 3/4 cup LC FF milk, 2 TBSP cococa powder and 1 pkt splenda L: 1/2 cup homemade chicken salad (chicken, LF mayo & pepper) and 1 1/2 cups zucchini/yellow squash and 1 cup grapes s: FF peach yogurt D: 4 oz grilled salmon and 1 1/2 cups green beans and 1 small orange |

Brunch two fried eggs 2 Ricotta "pancakes" coffee, cream Dinner grilled pork chops grilled summer vegetables Iced coffee, cream Snacks 80 oz water cheese curds several cups of coffee with cream PM glass or two of Chablis and maybe a leftover pork chop. |
