Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
10 oz. salmon fillet baked in garlic, vinegar, oil
2 cups salad greens w/Maries Blue Cheese

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
2 oz. cheddar

B: 1/2 cup Uncle Sam's cereal, 1/4 cup LC FF milk and 1 pkt splenda

s: 1/2 cup coffee, 3/4 cup LC FF milk, 2 TBSP cococa powder and 1 pkt splenda

L: 1/2 cup homemade chicken salad (chicken, LF mayo & pepper) and 1 1/2 cups zucchini/yellow squash and 1 cup grapes

s: FF peach yogurt

D: 4 oz grilled salmon and 1 1/2 cups green beans and 1 small orange

two fried eggs
2 Ricotta "pancakes"
coffee, cream

Dinner
grilled pork chops
grilled summer vegetables
Iced coffee, cream

Snacks
80 oz water
cheese curds
several cups of coffee with cream
PM glass or two of Chablis and maybe a leftover pork chop.

lunch: 2 broiled hotdogs with mustard, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, green salad,2 small cream cheese muffins
dinner: 4 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 melba toast
water and Curves
