Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
8 oz baked salmon fillet
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
2 oz. cheddar

Breakfast: water

Lunch: zucchini lasagna and green salad, 2 small cream cheese muffins

dinner: chicken, baked and asparagus, green salad
1 diet iced tea, water

B- 2 egg omelette with cheese
1 8oz Coffee w/ splenda & cream
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup full fat yogurt

L- 1 grilled chicken breast
2 cups salad with greek dressing
Water

D- Salmon
1 cup cauliflower, steamed w/butter
1/2 cup mashed Yam
Diet Rite

Snacks- SF jello cup

D: not sure - maybe wings w/blue cheese & celery or grilled chicken and a small salad with ranch dressing

80 oz water

PM glass of Chablis and a leftover chicken thigh.
