Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
8 oz baked salmon fillet
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
2 oz. cheddar

Grilled spiced chicken breast

S- SF Jello cup & handfull cashews

80 oz of water between morning and 6 pm.

Dinner
Turkey salad on a bed of romaine
mashed rutabagas
coffee, cream

PM glass or two of Chablis and maybe more turkey salad. I'm getting tired of turkey so this will be the last of it.
