Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
3 bacon
1/2 decaf coffee w/3 Tbs. cream

Lunch:
tuna salad on 2 cups salad greens
2 oz. cheddar

Dinner:
8 oz. bacon cheeseburger
2 cups salad greens

Snacks:
turkey rollup w/mayo

B: oatmeal (1 starch) and 1/4 cup LC FF milk (1/4 dairy)

s: 1 small orange (1 fruit)

L: 1 cup chicken salad (1 protein and 1 fat) and 2 cups green beans (2 veggies)

s: 1 apple (1 fruit)

D: 4 oz steak (1 protein) and 1 cup broccoli (1 veggie)

WOE: Atkins, but moderated for pregnancy!
Breakfast:
1/2 mug of coffee with heavy cream (I needed an oomph today!)
3 hard boiled eggs

Lunch:
Hamburger Pie, perhaps, if I have the time to make it

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken with Salad (lettuce, peppers, mushrooms)

Snack: Probably some jello that has cream cheese mixed in it...or maybe a shake

S: coffee from Starbucks with half & half

D: not sure - maybe wings, blue cheese/celery & a low carb beer
