4 bacon
1/2 decaf coffee w/3 Tbs. cream

Lunch:
chicken and 4 stalks broccoli
2 oz. cheddar

Dinner:
4 scrambled eggs
2 bacon

Snacks:
turkey rollup w/mayo

B: FF Strawberry yogurt (1 dairy) *may add 6-8 baby carrots (1 veggie)

s: 1 small orange (1 fruit)

L: 4 oz grilled chicken breast (1 protein) 1 TBSP oil (1 fat)
2 cups broccoli (2 veggies)
1/2 cup pineapple (1 fruit)

s: 2 graham crackers (1 starch)

D: 4 oz salmon (1 protein)
1 cup green beans (1 veggie) *may add another cup of green beans (1 veggie)

dinner: 2 turkey burgers with pickle and mayo, no bun,green salad
diet coke/ handful of nuts

B~ 2 sausage patties
L~ tuna with mayo 1 sm. stalk of celery and cucumber slices..a little ranch dressing
D~ 2 sausage links...cup of lettuce 2 tbsp italian dressing
W~ 80 oz. ans a few diet green teas
C~ 2 large cups...davincis and heavy cream
E~ whats that????????

I know wayyy too much sodium today.........can't wait to see what fitday says!
