Level Two

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
a dozen hot wings
2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
2 oz. cheddar

B: 1/4 cup oatmeal (1 starch) and 1/4 cup FF LC milk (1/4 dairy)

s: 1 small orange (1 fruit)

L: 1 1/2 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup spinach (2 veggies) 2 TBSP FF italian dressing (1 exchange) 1 cup diced chicken (1 protein) w/1 TBSP lite mayo (1 fat) and diet rite

s: 1/4 cup cottage cheese (1/2 dairy) and 1/2 cup pineapple (1 fruit)

D: 4 oz grilled salmon (1 protein) and 1 cup broccoli (1 veggie)

Atleast 120 oz water

I am new here

Hi everyone,
I am new to this board, but I would like to be accountable with my eating too, so will post my menus if that's okay!
Breakfst: 2 melba toast and peanut butter, water
Lunch: 1 chicken breast with cauliflower 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
dinner: 2 turkey burgers, rolled in romaine with mayo and a dill pickle, no sugar jello, 1 diet coke

L: grilled teriyaki chicken salad with cukes, cheese, almonds and ranch dressing

S: small Starbucks coffee

D: not sure yet - but maybe a steak!
