Brunch Broccoli quiche 4 bacon flax/blueberry muffin coffee, cream Dinner Salmon cakes lc coleslaw buttered green beans with slivered almonds Iced coffee, cream Snacks 80 oz water The usual 6 to 8 cups of coffee that I always forget to post. 2 glasses diet tonic water PM glass or two of Chablis and some roasted pecans |
