Breakfast: 3 eggs fried in butter 2 oz. cheese coffee w/3 Tbs. heavy cream Lunch: egg salad w/mayo 1 cup spinach leaves w/oil and vinegar Dinner: 7 oz salmon fillet baked in oil, vinegar,garlic 1 cup spinach leaves w/oil and vinegar Snacks: turkey rollup w/mayo 2 cups salad greens w/oil and vinegar |

Atkins Menu Brunch Three eggs scrambled with cream cheese and chives flax/blueberry muffins..2...with butter coffee, cream Dinner Chicken Adobo asparagus wilted spinach salad Iced coffee, cream Snacks: 80 oz water PM Two glasses of Chablis and some horseradish cheese curds. |
