Wednesday's Level One Menu (Day 3)

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
1 cup raw spinach w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
10 oz. NY strip steak
1 cup spinach leaves w/oil and vinegar
1 cup green tea w/English Toffee sf syrup

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
turkey breast roll-up w/1 Tsp. mayo
