Monday's Level One Menu

Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 slices bacon
coffee w/2 Tbs. heavy cream

Lunch:
2 swiss slices
corned beef
1 cup raw spinach w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
8 oz. cheeseburger
1 cup spinach leaves w/oil and vinegar
1 cup green tea w/English Toffee sf syrup

Snacks:
2 HB eggs w/1 Tbs. mayo
turkey breast roll-up w/1 Tbs. mayo

Totals:
Calories: ...... 2182

Fat: (169 gr.) ..... 70%
Carbs: (11 gr.) ..... 2%
Protein: (150 gr.) . 28%
Fiber: (2 gr.) ........ 0%

Splendido Pizza Blend Light Shredded Cheese (20 gram)
Hunts Juicy Gels with Splenda

Snack:
Egg, whole, boiled (1 large)
