B: 3 tiny banty eggs, 3 bacon, coffee with half & half

L: tuna, water

S: starbucks iced coffee

D: not sure - might be steak & mushrooms!

Dinner
Burgers on the grill
mock potato salad
sautéed collard greens with olive oil and garlic
coffee, cream

Snacks
80 oz water
PM two glasses of Merlot and a handful of almonds

Egg (2 x-large) fried in Pam
PC Ketchup SF (2 teaspoon)
Coffee Black USDA (12oz)

Snack:
Cottage Cheese 1% (1 cup)

Lunch:
Roasted chicken, 1-drumstick, 2-wings, skin eaten (6 oz)

Dinner:
Chunk Light Tuna (1 can)
Hellmann's Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
Zero Coke

Snack:
Egg, whole, boiled (1 large)

~6L Water~

Net Carbs = 15
