Brunch at my sister in law's Broccoli quiche baked ham Loretta's low carb almond cheese cake coffee, cream Dinner at the buffet Roast turkey green beans cold shrimp with cocktail sauce mixed green salad with Ranch sf jello with half and half Iced coffee, half and half. 60 oz water PM glass or two of Chablis |

B: Mock pancake (2 eggs, strawberry banana protein powder, some vanilla Davinci & a spoon ricotta), 1 Coffee w/cream, davinci.
L: Big salad w/cabbage, turkey, feta cheese, bit of red onion & olives & bit of creamy garlic dressing (Greek turkey salad? lol) Raspberry flavoured water. Snack: Atkins Bar w/ Tim Horton's Coffee. D: Hot dog salad w/ melted gouda, cheddar, & a few sauteed red onions & a sprinkle of sliced almonds. Nothing else to eat this evening.... will distract self w/ low carb websites & lurking the message boards ![]() Laurie |
