Breakfast-pizza omlette (egg, cream, tiny amt of pizza sauce, pepperoni, small amt fried peppers and onions, pizza cheese)
Snack- pepper turkey and provalone rollups with horseraddish mayo (5) Lunch-Taco Salad (taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tbsp salsa, tbsp sour cream) Snack-3 crab stuffed mushrooms Dinner-2 quarter pound turkey burgers w/ bacon and cheese, asparagus spears w/ butter, small salad Dessert-Pineapple flavored cream cheese fluff That's good eating. 16 net carbs, 2200 calories (i'm big, so calories aren't a big deal) |
