I made a big pot of Cherri's Southwestern Taco Soup--note to self: one cup only per meal. It is SO good.

I'm thinking sirloin and roasted veggies.

I may end up doing loaded broccoli instead of roasted veggies though.

nothing exciting. family is having the leftover runza (stuffed rolls) from yesterday and calzone. (I must love being tortured having this in my house today, )

I am having tuna with mayo, pickled jalapeno garlic and lettuce. (actually, having it at lunch time but I have no clue what I'll be having later. l )

Low Country Boil

Crab legs, shrimp, scallops, kielbasa, potatoes and onions all cooked in a huge pot. Instead of eating the potatoes and onions, I'll have a spring salad mix with blue cheese dressing and dip the crab legs in melted butter.

Leftovers from lunch at Texas Steakhouse

1/2 sirloin steak, 1/2 baked sweet potato, and a homemade small romaine salad with cucumber, celery and ranch dressing. I love a meal that can be split into two servings!!
