Dinner:
southwestern bbq chicken
sauteed zucchini

snacks:
2oz. cheddar cheese
vanilla hazelnut tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
sliced cucumber w/ranch dip

L-lettuce, cheese, bacon (leftover from breakfast), little ranch dressing
D-rib eye, spinach
