3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
crab cakes
salad w/Maries Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
baked wild salmon
buttered spinach

snacks:
3 oz. cheddar
English Toffee tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

L: taco salad(3/4cp ground turkey,1 cp shredded lettuce, .25cp tomatoes, .5cup
shredded reduced fat cheddar), 2T Linda Sue's Taco seasoning

D: leftover taco salad

beverages: diet coke, water, Crystal Light Peach Tea

Maintenance

b. - scrambled eggs & bacon, 2 coffee with cream

l. - tuna salad on romaine, sf jello with whipped cream

d. - 2 servings white castle pie

s - walnuts - strawberries

B: 6 bacon, 1 piece of country ham, coffee with half & half

L: half of a smoked chicken salad with cheddar, tomatoes, cukes and ranch dressing, water

D: none - a piece of cheese
