Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
roast beef and swiss, rollups
salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

Dinner:
baked pork chops
buttered asparagus

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
chocolate caramel tea w/splash heavy cream, Splenda
pork rinds

Breakfast: Pancake recipe from DANDR with half a wedge of Laughing Cow and sliced up strawberries

Lunch: Salad with lettuce, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and ham.

Dinner: No dinner. Had a heavy snack.

Snack: One chopped up breast of chicken marinated in some soy sauce, splenda, ginger, garlic and olive oil, stir fried. Frozen lime juice that I tried to turn into a slush.

Total Carbs: 22 g; Net Carbs: 19 g; Calories: 1200 approx.

Hmm, the lime slush was rather more expensive than I thought -- six g of carbs for that alone!

D: grilled chopped steak with cheese, salad with 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 cuke slice, ranch dressing, a couple of bites of cooked cabbage (tasted sweet - ick), water

two glasses of Chablis before bed.
