Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo

Dinner:
hot wings
salad w/Maries Caeser dressing

snacks:
2 oz. fontina cheese
cucumber, orange bell pepper slices
2 Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

Lunch:

Chicken Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, red onion, parmesan, Chicken) topped with Paul Newmans Ceaser salad Dressing

Dinner:

Meatloaf, Broccoli, Brussel Sprots, Carrots, Coke Zero

Snacks:

Water, Pork Rinds smeared with chive flavored cream cheese

Breakfast: Cauliflower fried 'rice' with soy sauce, spring onions, garlic, ginger (Linda Sue's recipe)

Lunch: Salad with bacon, lettuce, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, mango vinaigrette

Dinner: Chicken 65 with lime and onion, fried fish with mayo (snacking at the club), Diet Pepsi

Snacks: Went shopping for meats and cheeses -- munched some free samples, 2 strawberries.
