3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad, Marie's Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
hot wings
salad

snacks:
2 oz. fontina cheese
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
sliced cucumber

Breakfast: 2 eggs, cream cheese, 1 small sausage, coffee with cream

Lunch: Home made chicken ceaser salad, 1 coke zero

Dinner: Leftover ground beef & Cabbage casserole

Snacks: Unsure. Whats the opinion on pork rinds in induction?

Oops missed yesterday.

I did eat though.

Atkins Monday

Brunch
spinach quiche
flax muffin with butter
coffee, cream

Dinner
OUT I'm not going to cook until the new range is totally hooked up and the kitchen is back in order.
Downstairs is OK but it's just not the same as cooking upstairs..

Texas Road House
Steak, salad and sautéed mushrooms
diet tonic
coffee, cream

Snacks
cheese curds
Glass or two of Merlot

L: chicken salad and a little balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top

S: Starbucks breve latte with s/f vanilla syrup

D: Hamburger, cheese, rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, jalapeno casserole!
