Induction Day 2
(starting after having lost 40 pounds 3 years ago, a divorce later Im heavier than I was then ;p)Breakfast: a few slices of grilled pork, cofee, splenda, cream Lunch: 1-2oz pork, 1 egg Dinner: ground beef sauteed with red cabbage, onion and a touch of bell pepper Snack: pork rinds smeared with some chive flavored cream cheese (less than 1g carbs in whole package, ate a 1/3 of it) Drinks: 1 coke zero with lunch, 3 litres of water rest of the day question.. Do you think pork rinds are bad when doing induction? I used them alot last time round but i was wondering if I should steer clear this time? |
