Breakfast:
half decaf w/light cream
followed by:
Perkins Pancake House
probably 3 eggs,4 bacon,4 sausage

Lunch:
jumbo shrimp c*cktail
salad w/ Maries Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
lage taco salad

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pork rinds

lunch -- meatloaf, salad

snacks -- macadamias, 2 cups green tea

dinner -- pork roast, green beans almondine

Dinner
Turkey breast covered with mozzarella cheese and some home made spaghetti sauce
spinach salad with Cucumber/Ranch dressing
coffee, cream

Snacks
100 oz water
lc pumpkin pudding
Glass of Chablis

Start Date: Febuary 27,06.. restart 6/14/08
breakfast... 4 slices of budding ham.. with cream cheese with garlic and herb spread.. rolled up.. water.. coffee with splenda and french vanilla whipped cream..

Lunch.. Mc. Donalds double cheese burgers.. no buns of course.. diet coke..

Dinner.. made the Cola BBQ Chicken.. yumm.. and sauted green beans with onions, mushrooms, water crestnuts and yellow peppers..
