So far I have had:
5 AM - 24 oz of coffee w/ Davinci syrup and splash of 1/3 cup carb countdown 2%

2 cups of FF yogurt w/2TBSP flax and 2 TBSP sliced almonds (not all at once) One cup really early 6:30 AM and one at 11:15 AM.

8:30 Egg white omelet (4) w/ cinnamon, Smart Balance light and a little Walden Farms pancake syrup.

Handful of peanuts (naughty naughty naughty). I am pretty sure it was a good sized one too....

I will watch it the rest of the day with the nuts. I am sure I will eat at least one more cup of yogurt with flax. Dinner...not sure. I will probably eat something quick and easy - Usually stir fry. DH and DD are going out on a dinner date prior to their "Father Daughter Dance" through Girl Scouts so I am on my own.
