What is everyone having? I'm thinking roast beef and brocolli, but I know when dh gets home from golf he will want something more original.

Ham, the guys will have some sort of rice/potato, and veggie, not sure what kind. May run into wally world and get something interesting. At least more salad fixins!

It was soooo good. Only problem was 7 yo DD ate all the asparagus... She loves her veggies and steak.

Well we didn't eat the roast-- went out instead and got Scallops Diablo. (which I did NOT know meant real spicy! )

But the scallops were good and dh ate the fettucine.

We had parmesean chicken---which is my family's most favorite recipe these days with some asparagus and a small salad. It was most yummy!

Tomorrow night's dinner is low carb meatloaf. I'm thinking of trying to fry it like is mentioned above. That does sound yummy.
