Thanks for the reminder, Nisha. The fried rice dish used to be one of my favorites, but I'd forgotten about it. Gonna make that very soon!

For me today.... a salmon filet (frozen, Publix) with a small salad.

Nisha- that looks so good!! I had Skyline Chili (no beans) with cheddar shreds, a Greek salad and a diet Pepsi. Could only eat about half, they always gove you huge portions in the restaraunts. I told the waitress to please take away the oyster crackers. Little buggers are too tempting. Speaking of tempting, I am back in the lab and making up Ginger Green Tea cookies for a trade show later this month. The whole lab smells like fresh baked cookies. It's so hard not to eat the dough!!

I love hearing about everyone's menus...even if I'm eating my boring yocheese or eggs I enjoy drooling over everyone else's lunch

Tasha= I used Linda Sue's receipe but used mushrooms instead of meat
http://users3.ev1.net/%7Efontlady/ch...ried_rice.html Also I didn't have a food processor or a cheese grater and used my blender's "grate" option and worked just fine.
