Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
egg salad
side salad w/ Maries Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
baked salmon
buttered brussel sprouts

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar on 2 Wasa crackers
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

Breakfast: 7 pepperoni slices, 2 oz of pepperjack cheese, 1 can of smoked oysters

32 oz water
3 CLA tablets
3 Triple Omega Complex Tablets

Lunch:
1 can Stallone Lemon Creme Pudding

Dinner:
2 pieces of tilapia, dredged in Parmesan
Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Breakie: 16 oz 'Whey cooler" shake, 1/2 frozen mixed berries

Lunch: Large Spinach salad with eggs and bacon, warm bacon dressing

Dinner: will be baked Sausages, stir-fried kale w/ onion and garlic, more spinach salad.

Okay dinner was totally changed ....
had 2 tilapia fillets fried in butter, coconut oil, olive oil with salt, pepper and true lemon packets
1 container of roasted brussel sprouts
strawberry/raspberry/cream cheese fluff
