B:2 eggs, 3 slices bacon, coffee, splenda, SF vanilla creamer
L:shredded chicken taco salad w/o the shell or beans it had guacamole, sour cream, little shredded cheese, little bit of tomato and lettuce 6 halves jalepeno poppers 1 c fresh strawberries D:tuna, mayo, coffee, splenda, SF Vanilla creamer This was the first day since I started induction that I had more than my 20 carbs. I know the old Atkins plan was to count all carbs, and the new idea was net carbs were ok. Net carbs LOOKS better and would still put me over by 10 carbs. But I still feel good about my choices since I didn't eat chips and salsa or cheese dip, and didn't eat fried ice cream like the kids did! I had strawberries, which are not induction, but are much better than what I would have normally allowed myself at this restaraunt. |
