pour 1/2 cup of eggbeaters into a bowl, add splenda and cinnamon, whisk together, spray cooking pan, put pan on oven, adjust heat to 2-3, pour contents of bowl into pan, cook like a "normal" egg. or i guess u could scrambled it. when cooked, put on plate, add butter.

SugarDoll: So, instead of scrambling, you let the egg cook like a solid piece and flip like a pancake? Sounds really good!

As I posted earlier I did make this. I am eating it again tomorrow. I used 1 whole egg plus 2 whites whipped up with some cinnamon and a pkt of Splenda. I cooked in a skillet and folded it over like an omelet. It was great for something different.

I have done this but with the Pork Rinds, the Mock French Toast, but hey if I can save Calories by omitting the Pork Rinds, well shucks, sounds like a winner to me, Thanks Sugar Doll

I just have to say I have had this everyday this week. I love it. I use 1 egg + 3 whites, cinnamon, and splenda. One day I did omit the splenda and used Caramel Davinci's and then cook it like an omelet. A little Smart Balance Light and Walden Farms Maple Syrup and it is like French Toast heaven. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!

Do you all use any cream or half & half when mixing up the eggs?
