it's cauliflower - I ran it through the food processor on shred - fried it in a wok with oil, garlic, soy sauce, seasame oil, added in the already cooked pork, scrambled in a few eggs, cooked til dry.

I mean it REALLY tastes like fried rice - hubby didn't realize it wasn't rice...there's no cauliflower taste.

I've been afraid to try this cause I thought it would taste like warm, bland cauliflower with pork thrown in. Thanks for the recipe review because you've definitely changed my mind!

Kelly, you should post this over in the recipe forum too so people can see your pics...told ya it was good! As I mentioned over there, I also like to add in:

raw veggie mixture consisting of combos of the following:
-snow peas, bean sprouts, bok choy or cabbage or kale or spinach, alfalfa sprouts, green onions


The similarity in taste is really amazing!
