it's cauliflower - I ran it through the food processor on shred - fried it in a wok with oil, garlic, soy sauce, seasame oil, added in the already cooked pork, scrambled in a few eggs, cooked til dry.
I mean it REALLY tastes like fried rice - hubby didn't realize it wasn't rice...there's no cauliflower taste. |

I've been afraid to try this cause I thought it would taste like warm, bland cauliflower with pork thrown in.
