herbed chicken breasts

snacks:
2 oz. fontina cheese
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
cucumber w/Ranch dressing

Breakfast: Diet Rite soda, pork rinds (bad, I know, but I was in a hurry)

Lunch: ground beef patty, 2 slices sugar free low carb bread (5g carbs/slice)
1 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pea salad (early june peas, mayo, boiled egg, small amount of diced apple.

Dinner: Big Easy Shrimp from the South Beach Diet cookbook, modified to suit what I had on hand
Turnip fries
Brussel Sprouts

Snacks: None
