I had a piece of Black Angus sirloin, leftover from last night's V Day dinner, 1 egg over easy, sparkling water. Low carb yogurt with coconut oil as a snack. For lunch I think that I will have a piece of salmon with collard greens.

Breakfast was 3 cocoa-flax cookies w/cream cheese frosting (sounds a lot better than it tastes!) and lunch was a Hardees low carb burger minus ketchup. Chugging water right now.
