Sunday Morning Breakfast???

Mine was a lemon pepper chicken thigh at 6 a.m. then got to work at 8 and had 3 turkey sausage dipped in mustard (LOVE IT) and a 1/4 cup or less of cottage cheese and 3 small strawberries with a packet of splenda.

just finished a sausage and 2 eggs with a coffee(cream and splenda) and my chewable vitamin c (cause it gives me the illusion of something sweet and tangy)

So far 24 oz coffee w/ caramel DaVinci's and Carb Countdown
3 tbsp ground flax with dash of cinnamon,dash of salt and a tbsp caramel Davinci's and water heated in microwave. Later I am sure I will have a cup of yogurt with almonds.

What brand of turkey bacon do you use? The only ones I've found have sugar in them.

3 or 4 egg omelet made with 2 crumpled bacon strips, about 2-3 oz diced ham, and fresh grated cheddar cheese. Whipped with heavy cream and cooked in a pat of real butter. My favorite breakfast and I have it every Saturday and Sunday.
