half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad w/Maries Creamy Italian Garlic dressing

Dinner:
NY strip steak
baked spinach

snacks:
2 oz. Dubliner Irish cheese
English Toffee tea w/Splenda
pecans

B - 2 egg omelette w/mushrooms and cheese
coffee with DV SF Vanilla and splash of half and half

L - 4 devilled eggs
5 slices of bacon (too many... but so good)

S - 2 tbls cream cheese with DV SF Vanilla

D - chicken caesar salad
SF jello
diet grape soda

i feel like i ate too much but it really wasn't a lot... and i only ate when my tummy told me to... i freekin love devilled eggs though!
