breakfast: 3 egg omelete, 1 oz swiss, 1/4 cup spinach, 1 tablespoon salsa.used nonstick spray on pan.
Lunch: 3 rib lamb chops from last nights dinner and 1 cup salad with 1 tablespoon Kens Italian dressing dinner: Rib eye steak, salad and or veggie but havne't decided yet. |
