Mine is kinda the normal a steak with some sauteen mushroom over it and some of the moch hashbrowns that I made for a veggie all washed down with a can of diet rite white grape.

Was just thinking about this! Think it will be salad and burgers - maybe if they are nice - the kids can have some mac/cheese too!

Baked chicken with 1/2 can mushroon soup baked till you have a thick gravy with peppers and onions and a small salad I may not eat it being I,m sick but hubby will.

It is my "upcycle" day. So tonight I get (healthy) carbs. I'm having a homemade veggie pizza, with one catch. I have to skimp on the cheese.
