I forgot to make eggs this morning so, I heated up some left over ground beef. I've been doing the meet and eggs thing and I actually woke up not hungry this morning! Also, my best friend made an awesome dish of ground turkey with spices and she threw in some eggs at the end. They were delicious!

Everybody in my house has a stomach bug, so cooking only makes them feel worse (the smell), so I ordered from IHOP and picked it up...

Colorado Omelette w/out onions or sausage (their sausage is kinda strong) and instead of hashbrowns (*sigh*), I ordered a side of bacon.

I feel fantastic (and kinda guilty, cus the rest of my family feels like ****).

This morning: a 6-ounce container of blackberries with 1 cup of cottage cheese. The Super Target's 4% brand contains 3 carbs per half cup, while most of the other 4% brands contain up to 5-6. I cut where I can!

Yesterday, I had my Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Flaxjacks with sugar-free maple syrup. (Sounds more exotic than it was. lol)

1 egg scrambled with Mexican blend cheese, 2 thick slices of bacon, cafe Americano with 2 tsp. heavy cream (made at home) YUM YUM!! I've been stuck on that particular breakfast for about 3 weeks now - usually I tire of the "same old thing" much sooner!

I tried a recipe from recipe section of this site. 2 eggs/1 pack splenda made like and omelete with cream cheese, vanilla and splenda as a filling. It is called Sweet Induction Breakfast I think. It was OK but smaller then my usual three egg omelete I make with cheese, and other various fillings. One that is good is salsa, cheese and spinach.I use pam like spray instead of butter in pan. Omeletes fill me up but I am slowly tiring of eggs. If I wasn't doing induction again I would usually have 1 cup of yocheese.

Did you know that IHOP puts pancake batter in thier omletts? I eat lunch there a few times a week, and it's right on the menu
