3 egg swiss/mushroom omelet
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
chef salad, Marie's Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
bottom round roast
cauliflower

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
2 vanilla maple tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
vanilla pudding w/cream cheese, pecans

L: mock danish with s/f gingerbread syrup

D: 6 oz. grilled sirloin, salad with ranch dressing, broccoli topped with cheese, sour cream, bacon etc. (very yummy), Mich Ultra, & water
