3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
deviled eggs (5 halves)
small salad w/Maries BlueCheese

Dinner:
broiled salmon steak
buttered spinach

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar
chocolate caramel tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
