Made a casserole w/ leftover baked chicken taken off the bone, torn into pieces and placed in a baking dish. I cooked together a bag of frozen spinach and a bag of frozen cauliflower. Drained them and to that pot put in 4 oz. cream cheese, some Hood milk, coarse ground garlic, red pepper, black pepper and some mozzarella cheese. Cooked it til smooth and then added veggies back in. Stirred together and put on top of chicken. Covered with cheddar cheese and baked at 350 til bubbly. It was good and there are leftovers for tomorrow!
