Advice for a teen
Hi I'm back again. I'm restarting induction after going on and off of another diet for a while. I'm not overweight but I would like to lose about ten pounds and was wondering how many calories I should be eating. I'm a teen that is pretty active atleast four days of the week because I work in a bakery. I know it has been said that the last ten pounds are the hardest to lose and I was hoping for some advice.
