L 2 pieces chicken breast dipped in egg and parmeson cheese and then fried D 8 oz steak with 1 cup of broccoli in cheese 14 carbs total Deep Ketosis..... yeah!!! |

Day 1 induction (again) b- 3 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces turkey bacon l- 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/4 cut alfredo sauce d- salad of baby spinach (2 or 3 cups), feta cheese, bacon crumbles, hard boiled egg, and blue cheese dressing, few bites grilled chicken (the chicken was YUCKY!) |
