Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled w/swiss
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
large salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo/mustard

Dinner:
broiled NY strip steak
buttered broccoli

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
chocolate caramel tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pecans

L 3/4's of a Large salad from Mc Donalds

S Steak and mushrooms some french onion soup
