Breakfast:
3 egg spinach/cheddar omelet 3 bacon half decaf w/2 oz. light cream Lunch: taco salad Dinner: broiled salmon fillet baked spinach casserole snacks: 2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese English Toffee tea w/heavy cream, Splenda pecans I like living.
