Breakfast:
3 egg spinach/cheddar omelet
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

Lunch:
taco salad

Dinner:
broiled salmon fillet
baked spinach casserole

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
English Toffee tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pecans

Lunch: farmer style sausage and a small salad

Snack: Tuna salad on pork rinds

Dinner: Grilled Garlic shrimp and green beans in a cheese sause

Day 3... and I am in strong Ketosis! Yeah!

Sausage Pumpkin Soup
Zero Coke

Evening Snack:
1oz Raw Almonds/ Walnuts
1.5 oz Aged Cheddar Cheese
