Breakfast:
egg salad
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
salad w/tuna, oil/vinegar/mayo/dill relish

Dinner:
hot wings
salad w/bluecheese dressing

snacks:
2 oz. Dubliner Irish cheese
Vanilla maple tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
orange bell pepper slices w/Ranch dip

s: Starbucks coffee; 1/4 cup pecans

d: grilled chicken breast, salad with veggies and more ranch dressing


70-80 oz. water
1 hr on treadmill!

Lunch was a cup of low carb grilled eggplant soup and 4 wings - and no Starbucks coffee for snack today!
