B - 3 fried eggs L - 2 hamburgers, 2 cups salad, Ranch dressing, shredded cheese and sunflower seeds. D - Grilled chicken, brocolli in cheese S - sf apple cider |

I figured today was as good a day as any to restart. I have not posted menus before so maybe this will keep me on track. I seem to eat non-stop the first few days of induction.....lets see what have I had so far today.....
breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled - some mushrooms and about 1/2 yellow bell pepper sauted in butter lunch - tuna fish packed in water, drained and mixed with some mayo spinach sauteed in butter snacks - more spinach sauteed in butter - 1 egg fried - whipped cream sweetend with splenda -( l squirted little poofs sprinkled them with cocoa powder - small onion sliced and sauteed in butter with a smal amount of sliced mushrooms - sprinkled with pmsn cheese and and a splash of cream (yummy!) my veggie carbs look to be a bit high - think I will finish off the day with grilled chicken breast. I have not had enough water today - ....... but not so had for day 1 oh and 1 multivitamin thanks for posting your menus here! Last edited by WendyAnne : 12-26-2005 at 07:24 PM. |
