Breakfast:
3 egg hot sausage omelet
half decaf w/2oz.light cream

Lunch:
hot dogs wrapped in swiss
salad w/Maries Creamy Ranch dressing

Dinner:
jumbo shrimp sauteed in garlic and oil
salad w/oil and vinegar dressing

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
English Toffee tea w/Splenda

Dinner:
Turkey
Spaghetti Squash/ Butter

Evening Snack:
1 oz Havarti Cheese
1 oz Raw Walnuts
