3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
3 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
deviled eggs (5 halves)
cucumber w/Maries BlueCheese dressing

Dinner:
broiled salmon steak
buttered asparagus

snacks:
3 oz. cheddar
Nutcracker Sweet tea w/heavy cream, Splenda

Breakfast: Leftovers...1/2 spinach stuffed chicken breast
1/4 c roasted veggies (brocolli & cauliflower)

Snack: Low Carb Slim Fast Chocolate Shake

Lunch: Bunless Jumbo Jack w/ Cheese & Bacon...extra Lettuce & Pickles

Snack: about 2 ounces Chocolate w/ almonds & dried cranberry & 1 chocolate covered cookie (Yeah I was weak...but that's the hazard working in the office during X-mas season)

Dinner: Small Spinach Salad w/ 3 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado & blue cheese dressing.
