Ok...By posting my daily "intake" (so to speak)...it helps me stay in-line...
So here goes....:::: Breakfast: 1/2 cup leftover cabbage & steak soup Snack : 4 small chunks of fresh pineapple (had a sweet craving crisis). Lunch: shaved ham, cheese and spinach wrap on low carb tortilla w/ 1/4 avocado Snack: Low-Carb Peach Yogurt w/ 2 tablespoons Bran flakes Dinner: shaved ham, cheese and spinach wrap on low carb tortilla w/ 1/4 avocado |
