Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
salad w/tuna, vinegar and olive oil

Dinner:
stuffed meatballs
buttered spinach

snacks:
vanilla maple tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
orange bell pepper w/cream cheese
pecans

Tbsp LC Ketchup
2 Coffee

Lunch:
2 slices of Summer Sausage/ 2 Tbsp All-Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter spread on top/ Pickle
½ cup Full-Fat Plain All-Natural Yogurt/ Jell-O Light Raspberry Powder

Dinner:
Sausage Pumpkin Soup
Hunts Juicy Jels made with Splenda

Evening Snack:
2oz Aged Cheddar Cheese
1.5oz Mixed Nuts
