Chicken soup. I am TERMINALLY lazy when it comes to lunches. The only thing I ever eat is cold cuts, chef salad or soup that I made by throwing everything in the crockpot on Sunday and then freezing it in single servings.

This week it is soup with chicken, onions, mushrooms and a few slices of carrot.

Well, one of our West Coast reps. is out this morning, and he is going to take us all out to Sushi...And though you will all get dissapointed, I am going to eat Sushi, rice and all, oh man I can't wait...

However, being that I will be eating some carbs for lunch, I plan on really watching my portions of the Sushi, maybe 2 or 3 rolls (as opposed to 6 or 7) when I usually eat that great art of a food.

Just getting back from our catered work Christmas luncheon - I ate my slice of beef and the roasted veggies (zucchini/squash) - ignored the rolls, the HUGE mound of garlic mashed potatoes and let everyone around the table share my fancy chocolate gooey dessert (on top of eating their own, mind you). I'm sipping on a cup of coffee and feeling much better than they are right now (they're all groaning about how they need a nap - ha!)
