Breakfast:
3 eggs fried in butter
5 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz. light cream

Lunch:
tuna cakes salad on romaine
small salad w/oil and vinegar

Dinner:
NY Strip steak
sauteed broccoli

snacks:
2 oz. cheddar cheese
Nutcracker Sweet tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pecans

L: big cobb salad with ham & grilled chicken, ranch dressing, Starbucks coffee w/s/f vanilla & hc

Dinner:
Crockpot Roast Beef/garlic/onion/celery/beef broth
Hunts Juicy Jels made with Splenda

Snack:
1oz Cheddar Cheese
1 oz Almonds

4L Water
